Sheng Chn was established in 1994 as the manufacturer & exporter for sanding pad of AIR & POWER TOOLS by Mr. Wei Chin Ming and his wife -Eva Chen. We keep to developing new models step by step and new customers all the time. Today, we are pride of our quality products, competitive price and on-time delivery.
 
Our R & D department test and investigate each new developed model. After their approval, we start to purchase a small screw to every other part before assembly. We assemble carefully every step in our production line and do 100% inspection after it is finished. So that, we make sure that each sanding pad in different material is well taken care and packed correctly before shipment.

In 2001, we established a new factory in Mainland China. This factory bring us more competitive on cost and more production capacity.
